FUJIMA possesses the professional production equipment, semi-automatic production lines, advanced motor insulating treatment, VPI vacuum soaking paint series, and numerical controlled machine tool. It also has the first-class automatic testing equipment, which covers the machinery testing, insulation material resistant testing, electrical parameters, power testing, etc. Besides the equipment, the company has a strong and capable team working on motor design, electricity and electromechanical magnetism design and machinery software design, which ensure the accuracy and reliability of the product parameters.

In 2006, the company researched and developed two new kinds of products: TS series magneto synchronous servo motor and SFNE series main shaft servo motor which make Fujima as a front-runner in the field of servo motor in China.
